Our Client is a world-leading tier 1 international Main Contractor that has delivered some of Asia’s
most prestigious projects.
The role is to lead a full project team in the delivery of curved concrete iconic temple (“ashram”) style
buildings inclusive of works from site establishment through to internal fit-out and handover. The RC
structure works are technically challenging and complex, and the contracted scope is forecast to be
up to approx. $100M to be delivered over approx. 2 years. The scope is based on an activity schedule
that is still under development.
Due to the nature of the works, the role requires a proven project manager with a main contracting
background, international experience with a tier 1 main contractor(s) within The Middle East or Asia,
extensive RC frame experience ideally on complex / challenging structures, a commitment of a
minimum of 2 years to this project, and who knows how to deliver projects irrespective of the

represents our Client as an organisation in front of the Employer. Similarly, this role is the focal point
for the project and directly reports to the Country Manager and to the wider business unit.

Working days / time and Salary
This is a remote working location.
6 day working week and 25 days’ annual leave with negotiable in-county rotation.
Salary is US $10,000 per month plus flight allowance, healthcare, accommodation (camp style

Essential experience & qualifications
Degree in Civil Eng or Struct Eng (or equivalent).
Min 15 years’ experience gained predominantly with main contractors.
Min 10 years’ international experience.
Middle East or Asia experience on RC frames.
Excellent command of the English language.
An excellent communicator, both written and oral, to both technical and non-technical persons.
A commitment of a minimum of 2 years to this project.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable experience & qualifications
Working as a PM under a cost-plus form of contract.
Knowledge of alliance contracting.
Experience working on concrete RC buildings, public halls, stadiums, large theatres and

Experience working within ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 /
Experience working in remote locations in the ME, Asia, or Africa.

Good knowledge of Primavera, BIM / Revit, SAP or Oracle financial reporting
